Pavel has over 20 years of experience in finance and management roles, including 3 years on the PwC M&A team. Before Sigil, he served 7 years as a COO of the world's biggest poker affiliate PokerStrategy.com (sold to Playtech in 2013 for $50m). Since 2018 he has focused on setting up and scaling Sigil Fund.

Coming from professional poker, Fiskantes has an affinity for financial games, decision making, and psychology under pressure. As an investor, he has a decade of experience managing both public liquid portfolios and private investments. Fiskantes feels most passionate about betting on new technologies and finding opportunities with disruptive potential. Apart from managing Sigil, Fiskantes is a partner at a VC firm Zee Prime Capital and maintains an active and well-known Twitter account.

Michal is a serial entrepreneur with 14+ years of experience across technology, finance, and operations. His background combines hands-on company building, IT and product development management, and operational leadership in complex, fast-moving environments. He is also Co-Founder of Crypkit, a crypto data tracker that provides proprietary investment and analytics tools to Sigil.

Joe has been active in the crypto space since 2013 and full-time since 2018, with a primary focus since 2020 on various DeFi primitives. Before crypto, he spent six years in Beijing leading global IT projects for Microsoft and holds a Master's in Finance. He is the backbone of the research and investment team, driving rigorous research, diligence, and investment decision-making.

Hana has a master's degree in finance and 13 years of experience in finance roles, including 2 years on the PwC Corporate team. She is a certified tax advisor. Prior to joining Sigil, she worked as a professional tax and accounting advisor for corporate clients across different business areas.

Peter is an investor and exited founder with prior experience as a CEO. He initially joined Sigil Fund as an investor before later becoming part of the team. Today, he focuses on capital formation, business development, and investor relations across Sigil's investment strategies.

Marta is a creative professional with 15 years' experience in operations, strategic business development and relationship management. Prior to joining Sigil, she held the Head of Operations role with the largest poker affiliate and marketing platform in the online gambling industry. There, she managed teams of 70+ freelancers across 14 markets and facilitated high-level B2B partnerships.

Martin has over 15 years of experience in various commercial roles in gaming industry, including P&L responsibility for sports betting at Sazka. He has worked in both B2B and B2C areas and holds a Master's degree in Law.

Marek is a software engineer with 12+ years of experience, bringing deep backend expertise and a practical understanding of blockchain and crypto infrastructure across multiple chains. Though his academic roots are in computer graphics, his career has taken him firmly into the world of distributed systems and crypto-native tooling - including active contributions to the Crypkit platform.

Martin is a versatile team member who seamlessly blends programming skills with an analytical mindset. Armed with a degree in Computer Science and Computational Linguistics, Martin brings a unique skill set to the team. With a keen interest in blockchain technology, he specializes in developing analytics tools and automation.

Štěpán brings a quant data-focused approach to our investing. He holds a MSc in Mathematical Modeling & Numerical Methods, and has rich IT development background. Štěpán is also Co-Founder of a professional crypto investment management toolbox, Crypkit.

Petr has over 15 years of experience in marketing, research, and community building across the gaming and esports industries. At Sigil Stable, he helps navigate the rapidly growing market of perpetual exchanges and yield farming, contributing to research and market analysis. He leverages deep industry networks and hands-on experience from Web3, DeFi, and other ecosystems.

Phil supports Sigil's strategic growth, focusing on investor education and relationship-building in North America. His versatile skill set spans communications, product management, and operations. Prior to Sigil, he co-led one of Sigil's portfolio companies focusing on product, marketing, operations, and treasury. He also brings over 12 years of communications, consulting, and change leadership at multinational corporations.

David has 8+ years experience in investing, trading, research, and market making. He's highly plugged into internet culture and emerging trends, with a strong feel for what resonates with younger users. As VC Lead at Sigil, he focuses on spotting the next category winners before they're obvious.

Josef holds a Master's degree from the Institute of Economic Studies (IES FSV UK). He brings four years of professional experience from the betting industry, where he specialized in risk assessment and analyzing market data. A competitive gamer at heart, Josef has played Hearthstone at a high level and is currently active in the Parallel ecosystem, combining his rigorous academic background with deep gaming insights.

Monika has a MSc in Sociology and Social Politics with experience in research and marketing. She is a data-oriented professional who takes care of Sigil's administration topics like bookkeeping, monthly management, PnL, travel coordination and filing. She is a certified Google partner in PPC and has 4 years' experience in managing marketing campaigns.
